Ideally, before the architectural brief or first drawing is completed. Early involvement allows the needs of horses, people and daily operations to shape the design before expensive decisions become fixed.

Do you replace the architect, veterinarian, engineer or other specialist?

No. We work alongside the relevant professionals. Our role is to bring the horse-centred, behavioural and operational perspective that helps the wider professional team make better-informed decisions.

Yes. We work with engineers, researchers, universities and technology companies to define practical use cases, plan pilot projects, assess usability and evaluate solutions in real-world equine environments.
